I think it would be GREAT if neighbors in a community needed and wanted to find something about other neighbors( Also if they are not being NOSEY, controlling, nor gossips, negative, etc ) they would just approach them and ask. Maybe send a letter or email, call, etc. Not TELL IT ON SOME APP, Call authorities, PUT IT ON THE GREAT VINE ETC.
