I will get straight into it. ALL my life I have observed the following of MANY people that rent various types of property.
I feel No matter what type of property you own( HOUSE, CONDOMINIUM, COOPERATIVE, TWO FLAT BUILDING, ETC ) WE ALLas much as possible DISCOVER what our
RESPONSIBILITIES AND RIGHTS are in OUR
TOWN, CITY OR VILLAGE AND in OUR
DWELLING PLACE, BE IT A SINGLE-FAMILY
HOME, CONDO, CO-OP, TOWNHOME, ETC.
Then we as OWNERS AND RENTERS when NEEDED come together TO FIGHT for our rights FOR A COMMON CAUSE TO BENEFIT MANY. I see that seldom anymore. I REALLY see little of it in my area, building.
A GOOD RENTER will be a GOOD OR GREAT property owner. I see too many renters that SHOW AND TELL they feel this way( OH THEY UST RENT THE PLACE THEY DO NOT CARE, THEY can be out NEXT WEEK find another place, etc. I feel in these times THEY should appreciate what they have and the best they can TAKE CARE of it , etc. THE COST OF OWNING AND
RENTING it is not AS EASY as many seem to think owning/renting is. TOO MANY people WELL even PROPERTY OWNERS with renters feel( I DO NOT HAVE ANY RIGHTS, THE TAX PEOPLE, ASSOCIATION, MANAGEMENT, LANDLORD ETC DOES They feel THEY ARE NO BETTER THAN A SLAVE, NOT ALL but MANY especially RENTERS I find)
Yes, I realize MANY PEOPLE today JUST DO NOT CARE and have given up. So sad. Nothing I or anyone can say and do to change them.
OWNERS AND RENTERS I find back in the day around here Came together more to accomplish things, FIGHT THINGS wrong being done to us. MAKE THINGS BETTER, NOT NOW. Not anymore. Remember landlords( ARE NOT LORDS OVER YOU I always say.)TOO MANY ARE LORDING OVER US OR ARE TRYING TO.. IF YOU ARE BLACK, BROWN, NON-WHITE WE ARE REALLY getting MASSER, MR CHARLIE ON US NOW!
DO NOT GET MAD. THINK IT OVER all I have said here. I feel MORE rental units( HIGH PRICED) are coming all over AMERICA) so HEY!! THINK IT ALL OVR. SPREAD THE WORD, SHARE THIS BLOG RUN AND TELL IT ( lol).
