Multi family dwelling, apartment, condominium, etc...

I feel for several reasons we will see even more people living in apartments, condominiums, co operatives even hotels.

A condominium is a home , one pays property taxes, along with assessments , special assessments, there can be other expenses also for a unit owner, expected and un expected.there are and can be other expenses.

No matter what type of multi family dwelling some one lives in. I FRANKLY FEEL, No one , NEIGHBOR, MANAGERS, SUPERINTENDENT, ETC. should judge a renter or unit owner unless they know our circumstances. they are not making our income for us. they do not know what un expected thing or emergency has occurred in our life or home.

A two or three flat dweller I feel yours is a unique situation, however , you are a renter also. A single family home in many ways IS SO DIFFERENT THAN A CONDO , TOWN HOME, APARTMENT DWELLER.

To many single family dwellers try to tell us condo owners, Or you renters out here , WHAT IT IS LIKE TO BE IN OUR SHOES, WHEN THEY DO NOT KNOW!!

Also unless the common areas, roof, and exterior of a MULTI FAMILY DWELLING IS IN TOP TOP OR REASONABLY GOOD SHAPE NO ONE I FEEL CAN NOR SHOULD TRY TO TELL A RENTER, OR OWNER HOW THEY SHOULD MAINTAIN THERE UNIT1 As long as they , you, we are OBEYING THE RULES, ( i- e not having sex in public common areas, not doing illegal, nor illicit, kinky , wicked things bothering others , etc ) PAYING ON TIME, BEING DECENT GOOD NEIGHBORS AND PEOPLE.what more can and should be expected of us? NOTHING ELSE I FEEL! This is all respectfully felt, written and said. In our times people can get and be so sensitive on many issues, especially the above mentioned I feel. God bless!
