THE CHRISTMAS SEASON. ENJOY BUT KEEP IT REAL.

This can and should be a wonderful time of year! HEY NO MATTER WHAT YOU FOLLOW, AS LONG AS IT IS NOT NEGATIVE AND YOU ARE NOT HURTING ANY ONE , HAVE A GREAT ONE! I follow CHRIST AND CHRISTMAS SO MERRY CHRISTMAS!! HAPPY NEW YEAR COME WHAT MAY! BE AND KEEP IT ALL REAL ALL THE TIME I say!

We must be aware of the so called Christmas or holiday depression. HOLIDAY OR CHRISTMAS BLUES that can and does afflict many people It can even hit you or me. If it does GET HELP SOON. Do not HURT AND PRETEND, BE BOGUS, FONY , fake,AND PRETEND TO BE HAPPY, These days we must all be on the look out for depressed suicidal even people. that may want to hurt, kill them selves, others. ALL YEAR LONG , NOT JUST THE CHRISTMAS, ETC SEASON. OK?

Hey let me say it like they do in many , ( not all ) churches, CAN I GET A WITNESS TO ALL I HAVE WRITTEN SO FAR? AM I LIENG? NO!!!!!This may make many have CHEST PAINS IN THEIR LEGS, LOL. OR nose bleeds from their toes, however this needs to be said. SAD WE CAN NOT SAY EVERY THING ON OUR MINDS OR THAT NEEDS TO BE SAID.LOL. WOOOO! MY GOD! HUH!!

If depression during the holidays strikes you or any one you know get help, encourage them to. a CALL AUTHORITIES IF YOU FEEL THEY ARE SUICIDAL, WANT TO HURT THEM SELVES, YOU AND OR OTHERS! DO IT FAST I MAY ADD( GET HELP THAT IS! )


Perhaps, your house of or their, house of worship, A counselor, etc( AS A CHRISTIAN IF THEY ARE A BELIEVER IN GOD, CHRIST THE HOLY SPIRIT AND THE BIBLE, A COUNSELOR, PSYCHIATRIST THAT FEELS THE SAME I FEEL MAY BE SOME ONE THEY CAN TALK TO!)
Many people and cultures, MEN, DUDES still have a problem with getting help. It IS TIME ESPECIALLY IN THESE DAYS TO GET OFF THAT ATTITUDE THAT CAN LEAD TO DEATH AND DESTRUCTION I FEEL!
