AN ARTICLE I DID FOR HELIUM.COM Is a house always a home?

It does not matter where we live. be it a co operative, condominium, apartment, townhouse, or single family home.the place we call home physically should be emotionally and spiritually our home. as that old saying goes my home is my castle, and I am the king. we need to be kings and queens ( loving but firm ) rulers of our house and home.our home should be a place we can kick back and relax, be ourselves( well I am going to always be my self with any and every one ! what you see is what you get with me.)

my home is a place where the fiends and family I love and trust can visit and stay. if some I do not want tries to visit, stay even call . they quickly discover my house rules and that I Lester Nixon rule in my home!Frankly A time or two I told some one to get the hell out of my home and made them do so.I am a peaceful ,respectful person. I myself am not a smoker or drinker. when any one comes to my home I let them know the spiritual harmony,sovereignty of my home will not be compromised ever! any one that has a problem with that must and will leave, not ever visit!

My home is not the biggest or fanciest place. it is a condominium and I enjoy it. the building and many here well leave a lot to be desired. I do plan on trying to sell and move next year. I fell like this. these few negative ones here do not live here in my home, but in theirs here. hat is fine bu me.

I enjoy my meals, working on my computer ( also having fun, games chatting on line with friends 0r watching TV, )hey if I want to sit here in the nude on line , etc I can, I am single live alone.( I am not and mostly do not OK? )My mom and dad both passed on years ago raised us all to be in control of our homes and lives not of those of others. I may also add I keep a gossip free home and life!

I keep my home as clean, safe, peaceful as I Can respect others in the building and expect/ demand same from them. I also feel I have an equal| interest in the entire building.others seem to feel they are glorified apartment owners, but not me! I am a home owner ( I have the property tax bill, assessments and special assessment canceled checks/ receipts to prove it. )we are what we think.we do not have to live in a mansion or single family house to be a home owner.
Every one we call our friend may not be.all fancy cars are not nice automobiles.all marriages are not happy, nor are they all unhappy. life is in many ways what we make it, allow or put up with. a home is where we make it and want it. a place of hope, peace, happiness, love where we are in control. where those we love are welcome.
