MORE INFORMATION AND THINGS I FEEL WERE CON SEALED FROM ME AND MY FAMILY ARE BEING REVEALED AND EXPOSED TO ME ALMOST DAILY! HOW SAD AND WRONG I feel. The type of thing we see more of as THE ELITE or those that RUN WITH THE ELITE, HAVE MONEY OR THINK THEY ARE ONE OF THE ELITE do READ ON! ANY suggestions etc, CONTACT ME. THEY CALL ME THE COMMANDER!!

DOWN THE HALL THEY ARE TOTALLY REHABBING A UNIT. SO much water, leaks, mold, etc have been allowed here by the board so it is not surprising over 25 units have been remodeled. This unit is bring don right NOT 50 PERCENT RIGHT like the crew that were 9n mine. EVEN WHEN ONE CHECKS COMPANIES out you never know thrill the job is done and over. I hope to see the finished unit when it is fully done. I also hope I can resolve the wrong items in mine and see those PAY IN EVERY WAY for the wrong they did in my unit and to me and my family. Some do not understand that and I do not care. Some day I HOPE TO SEE MANY PAY before I leave here.....THE BASTARDS!!!! I am a frank person I think too many are not being nor speaking straight with and to us. ANY one not liking any thing I ever say DO not read it and well Go your own way and I will mine... Lester Nixon Just today my six year old nephew KEN DEL asked me what happened to the sofa. I told him how when the remodel/mold removal was done ALL THE WALLS were ,MOS MOST OF THE WALLS were removed, There were chemicals used so My family and I could not enter here. BUT ALL OF MY FURNITURE AND PACKED BOXES UNKNOWN TO US HAD NOT BEEN REMOVED. BUGS CAME FROMM OTHER UNITS, NOT MINE INTO MY UNIT, FURNITURE PACKED BOXES wre infested, THINGS WERE TOSSED WITH OUT MY PERMISSION OR THAT OF MY FAMILY OR KNOWLEDGE. SO I am trying IN ANY WAY to get RESTITUTION, RECOVERY ETC. Also spending cash to fix things done wrong. NO THE COMPANY DOES NOT WANT TO HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. ALSO SOME SLUT on the block THAT KNOW NOT A DAMNED THING ABOUT ME OR MY FAMILY spread A LIE THERE WERE BIG OLD BUG SIN MY PLACE, YEAH AFTER THE WALLS WERE OPENED THEY CAME FROM OTHER UNITS. NO THEY WERE NOT ALREADY IN MINE. DAMNED LIE!!!
Certain folk had no business entering MY unit I strongly believe did so with out our my knowledge. MAYBE THAT IS WHY MUCH IS NOT STILL BEING ACCOUNTED FOR , QUESTIONS NOT ANSWERED.
THE COMPANY THAT DID THE MOLD REMOVAL AND REHAB IN MY CONDO UNIT DID LOTS OF OTHER WORK HERE IN FOREST PARK ! I THOUGHT THEY WERE AL PRO AND WOULD GET THE JOB ALL DONE RIGHT!
THEN SOME HIGH UP FEMALE IN THE BUILDING GOING TO SAY I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN DISRESPECTFUL TO HE. BULL! NEVER WOULD NEVER DID! SELDOM DEAL WITH THE WOMAN AS SHE HELPS NO ONE WHEN WE RESIDENTS NEED WANT HELP OR CAN NOT HANDLE A SITUATION ON OUR OWN. MY FAMILY AND I HAVE NEVER DONE A DARNED THING TO ANY ONE IN THIS TOWN, ON THE 00 BLOCK OF ------- STREET , NOR IN MY BUILDING. BUT MANY HAVE WITH US FOR M NO REASON~
A little personal note here.
Thank you many of you for some personal comments, responses made to me. Suggestions. They are wanted, needed, greatly appreciated.I would add NO ONE in my family including my self has any problem making a decision, Thinking, We are not disturbed mentally etc. WE DID AND DO NOT need any one COMING INTO OUR HOME UN PACING ITEMS, etc TOSSING OUT items ( EVEN A DEED ) as they seem fit and or want to. WE DO NOT NEED others IN OR OUT OF OUR BUILDING making decisions FOR US AND OUR PROPERTY, ETC I we feel that was done in the situations I have described several times regarding to mold removal rehab in my condo in 2014. SEVERAL methods were available to the contractor to CONTACT, ME US OVER 4 ( FOUR to be specific( I was checking my HOME VOICE MAIL OFT EM, E MAIL, MY CELL PHONE, My phone number at the hotel where my family and I were staying, Also the front desk could also have been contacted , to connect calls, LEAVE messages,We have voice mail at the hotel. ( YES MY PONES were disconnected at home but I HAVE , HAD THEN ALSO VOICE MAIL ON A CLOUD system out side my home.Also address where we were we got and could send mail. MAJOR DECISIONS WERE MADE WITH OUT NOTIFYING US. WE HAD TO COME BACK CHECK FIND, NEW SURPRISES OFTEN!I we feel it is WRONG , DISRESPECTFUL THUGGISH for people to DO what they feel want, NOT WHAT is was agreed to etc ON A REHAB. DO WHAT THEY WANT! This blog comes down soon. MANY HAVE REQUESTED TO SEE IT so I keep stretching it out. It may help many of you avoid this sort of problem, thing in future . Also suggestions may help us recover deal with LOST,STO--- REMOVED, ETC stuff find many solutions needed. Thanks.

IMAY ADD Many of the owners IT IS NOT OUR FAULT NOR THAT OF OUR FAMILIES. roofs, walls,windows, etc were not repaired i a timely fashion , WATER , CONSTANT LEAKS, thus MOLD, PESTS LOVE WATER, THUS increased PEST ISSUES IN BUILDING, ADD many that WERE ALL OWED TO MOVE IN mostly rent that were not CHECKED OUT that brought PESTS, ALL KINDS! AND MANY OTHER ISSUES to my building where I live. I hear many buildings have same problems I do not know I just have heard this.
WHAT IS IRONIC MANY WHO DO NOT LIVE IN MY HOME HAVE SAID OH IT IS NOT TOO BAD. They do not HAVE TO COME OUT THEIR POCKETS, BANK, BARROW TO FIX , CORRECT THINGS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN NEW , NOT RECONDITIONED OR REMOVED FROM OTHER PLACES AND PUT INTO MINE..Many have not been quoted THOUSANDS OF DOLLAR quotes from attorneys to deal with this that I and most and more in this country can not afford for a month or for 2 to 3 years. Then you check a place out as thoroughly as you can. see other work they have done have 4 plus meeting s with them and still things are not done right.IT IS NOT RIGHT....
