A WORD FOR CONDO RENTERS( FROM A CONDO OWNER) PLUS OTHER COMMENTS TO START OF 2018.

Happy New year! I am going to do new things in a  NEW WAY. To avoid the same old thing. I ENCOURAGE you all to do the same. If you do not agree with or like this blog  I suggest you don't read it. If you do like it, please share it ( TEXT IT, EMAIL IT, DO NOT SEXT IT LOL RUN AND TELL IT ETC )  


I ( ALSO   MANY other  CONDOMINIUM OWNERS all too often HAVE  PEOPLE THAT RENT CONDOMINIUMS ask us ABOUT OTHER OWNERS, ETC) For your edification CONDOMINIUM UNIT RENTERS, More owners SEEM TO BE RENTING OUT THEIR UNITS, YES THEY ARE ABSENTEE OWNERS.Often living OUT OF, THE BUILDING, NEIGHBORHOOD, OUT OF STATE, EVEN LIVING OUTSIDE of  THE USA.Their units may be in trust  MAKING DIFFICULT to identify who the unit. Often many condo unit owners THAT RENT their units are investors. They own AND RENT OUT SEVERAL UNITS!CONDOMINIUM BUILDINGS HAVE OWNERS TOO.MANY ARE CONNECTED WELL HEELED IT SEEMS TO ME., Dito for the developers of these complexes. .Having said all that allows me to say the following.

Renters of condominium units. I suggest if you have a problem or problems with your unit, the building or people that live there I suggest respectfully the following.

If and or when things get too tough to GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK, find a new place to live and MOVE! Often that may be the most realistic option for you.
If things have not become horrible yet STAND UP, EXPRESS YOUR SELVES, FIGHT! You have the legal right to CONTACT, Building, MANAGEMENT, ASSOCIATION MEMBERS( aka  THE BOARD! ).If you can afford one( More people can not anymore I find)  GET AN ATTORNEY. He, she or they can assist you in getting issues resolved.  

If issues, etc are not WITH YOUR UNIT OWNER ( LANDLORD ) contact, him, her, them. ALWAYS if it is not a  LANDLORD caused problem LET THE LANDLORD KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON! NON COMMUNICATION,( LIES SECRETS ) I find lead to MORE PROBLEMS and seem to be on the rise in condo buildings and SOCIETY in general. 

CONSIDER going to  THE MEDIA!( Only the ones you can trust, TV, RADIO, NEWSPAPERS ETC ) MUCH CAN BE RESOLVED WHEN IT IS EXPOSED! Also, the people perpetrating need to be exposed!   Contact city, village officials. They may be able to help you. KNOW YOUR LEGAL rights before you rent any place. Be it a  CONDO, HOME, APARTMENT, ROOM, etc.Ignorance can get you used, etc. Inform relatives, friends, other tenants, people you can trust problems etc you are having regarding your unit rental.They can often offer help, direction, etc.NEVER JUST DO NOTHING! THINGS WILL ONLY GET WORSE!  Consider forming a UNIT RENTERS group, association, etc. IF YOU CAN get them together, more are selfish, DON;T WANT TO GET INVOLVED, have things to hide OR THINK YOU WANT THEIR MAN, WOMAN, ETC and refuse to get involved in anything.  


A quick comment here. I feel that in the next few years there will be more  CONDOMINIUM BUILDINGS SOLD and converted to apartments! For mostly financial reasons.
Also if possible consider contacting your favorite real estate people  MOVE TO YOUR OWN HOME! STOP RENTING! Much of this advice is good I feel for ANYONE, ANY TYPE of renter, Maybe even condo owners.
