I read a few days ago of some more new development in FOREST PARK IL (USA, PLANET EARTH ) ( In case some people from outer space read this, LOL HAHAHA, A little humor there buby/bubla.
Only time will tell what this all means and will lead to. However, I feel BRING IT ON! May as well. ( THE CONDOMINIUM/ HIGH RISE development push of the nineteen sixties and early nineteen seventies many feels ( I AGREE and have screamed it for years now HAS RUN IT'S course and no longer is productive nor really works.It seems our town leaders and others in nearby areas seem to want to lean toward retail more for tax revenue. Also more mixed-use( RESIDENTIAL RENTAL ON TOP COMMERCIAL on the bottom is really being encouraged now. I feel it is probably good. I do wonder why some nearby towns are building ALL THESE HUGE HISE RISE MIXED USE BUILDINGS on major STREETS? hey, it's there town THING( THANG!!) business. NOT for me to say or wonder. HEY BUBY/BUBLA?
I feel like many there seems to be more interest in rental and more money in it( YUPPIES, ETC seem to dig that I feel so more I like many feel rental rates and buildings will be on the increase for years to come!MORE HOTEL like apartments THAT OFFER AMENITIES FOR BIG BUCKS ARE ON THE RISE TOO I FEEL!MONEY TALKS PEOPLE! I do wonder about parking. I due to lifelong poor vision have never driven so.. HEY! maybe cars are on the way out SELF DRIVING ONES IN. ??? Time will tell.Areas near Chicago I feel like many others have and will see more of this type of development.
CONDOMINIUMS. That is a different story. I feel ( I am not the only one that does) Many condos are DYSFUNCTIONAL PLACES WITH MANY DYSFUNCTIONAL PEOPLE!Lots of occult( SEX, SEX, SEX, KINKY SEX, Immorality, sneakiness QUIET, FORCED QUIET! PYTHON spirit. Fear, INTIMIDATION, GANGSTER/THUGGING!TIMIDItY. HOODOO, VOODOO, LIES, rumor PERSONAL ATTACKS!!Slave/ slave master mistress syndrome. Many want owners to SHUT UP AND STAY that way on many issues. PLAY DEAF, MUTE AND BLIND1 KISS MANY IN POWER their ( BUTTS, FEET, HEAD TO TOE, WEINERS, AND OR VIJAY, JAYS!! EXCUSE PLEASE!) Many of these places feel so depressing and can affect entire blocks negatively many feel and I agree. ManyI personally deeply feel ARE SO UN NICE, EVIL, ANTI-SOCIAL.
So lets, hope , pray and carefully bring on the new development in town.
