NEVER STAY IN A PLACE YOU ARE NOT WANTED AND OR NEEDED! It is like opening a box of EVIL!
To negotiate with or even try to with( AN SHOLE, JERK, SEXIST, RACIST, FOOL, SADIST OR OTHER NEGATIVE, EVIL BEING, is like eating a small explosive or sticking a gun down ones own throat.
